I don’t know of another single organization that has the breadth and depth of local impact, like Appleseed.
Before I joined the board, I was thankful for their work on ballot initiatives and signature collection efforts on Medicaid expansion and raising the minimum wage.
However, since becoming a board member, I’ve been so impressed by Appleseed’s impact — their robust legislative and legal advocacy, community leadership trainings, and initiatives to increase access to housing, food and health services, voting rights, and so much more.
It’s extremely important that I not only support Appleseed through my board service, but also to take the opportunity to be consistent in my financial support as well. And knowing that this work has to happen all-year-long is why I’m a monthly Sustaining Supporter
Being a monthly Sustaining Supporter, I can give a little each month in a way that fits my budget. My gifts add up to a larger amount than a one-time contribution. It also gives me comfort knowing that I’m supporting Appleseed’s planning needs giving a regular, consistent amount that the organization can count on.
Give Appleseed support they can count on!
Become a sustaining supporter during the Year-end Drive.
Our goal is to raise $80,000 by December 10th.
Often, it can feel like the problems facing Nebraskans are overwhelming or too vast to overcome. But Appleseed has more than a quarter-century track record of achieving justice and opportunity for all Nebraskans.
They’re also an incredible community collaborator, all in the name of doing the most good, finding common ground with any and all partners. Appleseed truly lives into their core value of “we do what needs doing.”
Thank you for being an Appleseed advocate. Consider fueling this important work all-year-long by becoming a Sustaining Supporter with me.
