Today, 32 senators once again ignored the will of Nebraska voters – who overwhelmingly voted to raise the minimum wage – by advancing ❌LB258 (Sen. Jane Raybould), which would harm workers by severely weakening Nebraska’s minimum wage law. LB258 carves out a subminimum wage for workers under the age of 20 AND restricts the cost of living increases that Nebraskans voted for.

- If they voted NO on LB258, please thank them for respecting the will of Nebraska voters – and for standing up for working Nebraskans.
- If they voted YES on LB258, please ask them to OPPOSE this bill next time it’s up for debate. We want a minimum wage that values our labor – regardless of age – AND ensures that Nebraska wages do not once again fall behind cost of living increases.
Thank you for making your voice heard!
