In my 10th year of working at Nebraska Appleseed, I want to raise $300 from friends and family for our year-end fundraising drive.
In my job, I get to help support policies and programs that get food to people who need it. To do this, I've helped pass state laws to strengthen SNAP, travelled to Washington DC to advocate for a positive Farm Bill, visited with dozens of school nutrition staff and partners during visits around the state, and done my best to make life a little better for all of us.
Our country has an uncertain future and it's our job to help protect and strengthen the programs we have. Thanks for helping support the fights ahead with a donation!
