DESCRIPTION:Join Collective Impact Lincoln and NeighborWorks Lincoln for a talk about TIF\, aka Tax Increment Financing! We’ll go over how TIF works\, what it means for an area to be blighted and substandard\, the but-for test and more! \nTransportation: The nearest bus stop to NeighborWorks Lincoln is located at 25th & Q. Limited parking is available for free in the NeighborWorks Lincoln parking lot as well as street parking in the neighborhood. \nWe will provide free dinner from 5:30 to 6:00 PM from Pickleman’s with vegetarian options. \nWe’d love for you to let us know you’re coming by RSVPing. This will help us know how much food we should order\, but don’t worry if you forget to RSVP.
