The judicial branch has a significant and wide-ranging impact on the lives of Americans. But roughly 10 percent of federal court seats are or will soon be vacant, including 32 seats that have been designated “judicial emergencies” by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. This crisis can no longer be ignored.

  1. This sounds like an incredible speech. Will it be available afterward for download, for those of us who cannot attend? (I say this, being as I live in Oregon and work in Arizona).

    1. We do plan to record the audio of Judge Battaillon’s presentation and will post it when it becomes available – thanks!
