Throughout the 2025 Legislative Session, Nebraskans have been clear: Our Legislature should respect the will of the voters.
Nebraskans came together in 2022 to make sure that our state has a minimum wage that values our labor, regardless of age, AND ensures that wages do not once again fall behind the cost of living.
❌ LB258 (Sen. Raybould), a bill that directly undermines the will of Nebraska voters, is up on Select File (second round of debate) tomorrow morning, and we need you to make your voice heard now.
LB258 would harm workers by severely weakening Nebraska’s minimum wage law through carving out a subminimum wage for workers under the age of 20 AND restricting the cost of living increases that Nebraskans voted for.
See how your senator voted during this bill’s first round of debate, and tell them to OPPOSE ❌ LB258:

Thank you for continuing to stand up for hardworking Nebraskans!
